The group course is held over two consecutive Sundays: the first is an introduction to creating and maintaining a positive mindset and your toolkit for birth, and the second explores preparation and choices for empowered birthing, before bringing it all together. Combining theory and practical exercises, the Positive Birth course will give you an array of tools and provide insight into how and why they work so you will have them at your disposal for your birthing day. In addition to the course content, you will watch a minimum of five birth videos of Hypnobirthing Australia™️ couples using their hypnobirthing techniques.

Unit 3 : Preparation + choices for an empowered birth

-  Maintaining a healthy diet

-  Staying active – exercise during pregnancy
