Our most popular option. Group classes are held every second month throughout the year, running over two consecutive Saturdays or Sundays.

Private Classes

Private sessions are available for a one-on-one experience, held in the comfort of your own home. Mutually agreeable times can be tailored to suit your schedule.

Half group / half private

If group classes are your preference, but you or your partner are only available for one of the two days, you can complete the other half of the course privately in your own home.

Refresher Course

If you have previously completed the Hypnobirthing Australia™ course, a 3 hour refresher session is available. A great way to reacquaint yourselves with the main concepts and tools, as well as set aside time to prepare for your next birth.

Starting from $199

If cost or availability are prohibitive, the online Hypnobubs program is a fantastic option. The basics package begins at $199, and there is the option to have a private session with Kate after you have completed the course content.
